THIS WEEK . . . at Churchill Estates

EACH WEEK WE WILL PRESENT A RUN DOWN OF HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT WILL BE GOING ON AT CHURCHILL ESTATES RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IN THE COMING WEEK. THIS WEEKEND WAS WET, WILD, AND WONDERFUL IN GOOD OL' EUGENE OREGON AND WE ARE HAPPY TO HEAD INTO THE NEW WEEK WITH ENTHUSIASM AND A LOT TO LOOK FORWARD TO.

Weather-wise, the weekends showers seem to be a thing of the past and we can look forward to blue skies and sunshine with temps in the nice range of 70's and 80's all week long. Perfect weather is you ask me.

In sports, Our Eugene Emeralds three game winning streak was halted by a good game from the Hillsboro Hops Sunday and the Ems look to avoid their first losing streak of the season tonight at P.K. Park. The Olympic Trials are all wrapped up and when it was all set and done, the Oregon Ducks will have ties with 10 Olympians at the Rio Games this summer. Go Ducks!

At Churchill Estates, we've got a pretty fun list of things to look forward to this week. Today features a trip to shop at TJ Maxx and dinner out at the Embers. Tomorrow among the usual Doctor Runs, we have Coffee Klatch in the morning a visit from Chambers hearing in the Independent Living Lobby, Nickel Bingo in Assisted Living, and Coloring Club in the Family Room. Wednesday we'll take another shopping excursion, this time to Albertson's and BiMart. Thursday is the July Birthday Party featuring LIVE MUSIC from the Bigfoot Lane Band.  and on Friday we wrap up the busy week with morning exercise, more Bingo, Pinochle, and low stakes Poker in the evening.

Whew! It's a lot, but we are up for all of it. Feel free to join us if you like.
