This Week at Churchill Estates

EACH WEEK WE PRESENT A RUN DOWN OF HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT WILL BE GOING ON AT CHURCHILL ESTATES RETIREMENT COMMUNITY, AND NEWS AROUND OUR AREA IN THE COMING WEEK. WE ALSO TALK WEATHER, SPORTS, AND BIG EVENTS HAPPENING IN LANE COUNTY OREGON.

The unseasonably warm weather will continue this week with partly cloudy skies and temps reaching the high 60's today. We are in store for clear skies and a high of 70 Tuesday, and highs in the mid to low 60's the rest of the week, and possible showers by the weeks end.

In sports, the Oregon Ducks Football team hopes to bounce back this week after a very poor outing at USC on Saturday losing 20-45. This Saturday's game will mark the final home game this season for the Ducks as they host Stanford at Autzen Stadium at 1:00 PM. The Duck Men's Basketball Season Tips off Tonight as 5th ranked Oregon hosts Northwest Christian at 7:00. The Ducks Women's Basketball team will play Lamar Sunday at 2:00 PM. Go Ducks!

At Churchill Estates, today is a busy day with a trip to the Library this morning, shopping at the Dollar Store this afternoon, and Walker Repair today at 2:00 PM. Tomorrow is Election Day and we encourage everyone to wear Red, White, and Blue and Vote! Wednesday the Memory Tones will provide a musical salute to our Veterans. Thursday features Mindful Yoga. Friday we'll take a trip to Salem to visit a historic Wool Mill.

As always, you are welcome to join us for any and all of this fun!
